Who should attend?

This course is aimed at potential, new or established Board members including Tenants who are considering Board Membership. The session is also suitable for staff involved in governance.

Aims

This course is designed to develop participant’s knowledge and information on Housing Associations and the role and responsibilities of a Board Member, so that they can make informed decisions during challenging and changing times.

By the end of the course you will:

  • Identify the key issues for Welsh Housing Associations
  • Examine the role and responsibilities of a Board Member

1. Enter your Name and E-mail address, and select the amount of tickets you would like to book, then click 'continue booking'.

2. If you have selected more than 1 ticket, add first the attendee’s information and then click 'Add Delegate' to continue with the rest of the booking process. Once you have added all the attendees information, you will notice the 'Add Delegate' button change to 'Save and Confirm Booking' if you click 'Save and Confirm Booking' you will receive a confirmation E-mail with your booking information.

3. You will not have to provide payment until you are at the scheduled event.

  1. TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
  2. Written confirmation is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received before the closing date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT. No refunds will be processed after this date.
  3. Registered delegates who do not attend the conference will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
  4. Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after the closing date will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change.
  5. TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event. In this case we will refund any payments received. We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
