Consultation on draft 'Information for tenants of social landlords' document - Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Bill

 

The Welsh Government want your views on a draft document, which social landlords will issue to tenants if the Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Bill becomes law. They are consulting on a sample document to see if it:

• clearly summarises the right to buy and the right to acquire
• explains clearly when these rights could end
• explains clearly the financial and legal advice you should get if you want to exercise the right to buy or right to acquire.
