Join us at this ½ day seminar to explore how to maintain, or establish, a scrutiny approach that remains relevant, effective and continues to deliver outcomes in a changing housing world.

Session content will include:

  • Understanding the changing housing and scrutiny world
  • Review and reflect on your existing scrutiny arrangements
  • Examining what needs to be in place to move forward
  • Practical tips and techniques to take away

This event is suitable for staff and tenants who are involved in or new to any types of scrutiny approach. It is also suitable for staff involved in related areas such as governance and value for money.

  1. TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
  2. Written confirmation is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received before the closing date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT. No refunds will be processed after this date.
  3. Registered delegates who do not attend the conference will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
  4. Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after the closing date will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change.
  5. TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event. In this case we will refund any payments received. We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
