We are recruiting for the TPAS Cymru Board
For over 30 years, TPAS Cymru has been championing great tenant participation and the importance of the tenant voice in delivering housing services and wider community development. We are appointed and part funded by Welsh Government.
TPAS Cymru is looking to recruit up to four people to join our Board who can help shape the future of tenant engagement in Wales and assist TPAS Cymru to deliver challenging objectives and ensure we are well managed.
Being a Board member requires commitment and motivation but can be hugely rewarding and a great way to develop personally.
Board members need to have a strong belief in the value of tenant voice and the benefits of collaboration and coproduction in designing services.
We welcome applications from people with both professional and 'lived experience' skills and there is no requirement to be part of the Housing Sector as we value wider knowledge in order to help ensure we continue to develop new ways of working and delivering outcomes.

We believe that it is important people have the right skills and values rather than an impressive CV.
