Shelter Cymru have today launched a campaign to raise awareness and help people understand the realities of homelessness in Wales and how people can give and receive help.

7 Ways YOU Can End Homelessness which has facts, advice, and ways you can help (however the actual 7 ways are a little hard to see straight away!) Lots of great stuff there that we can all do.
