Join the Tenant Pulse Advisory Group

Help us to ensure that the voices of all tenants are heard.

The Tenant Pulse Advisory Group (TPAG) will act on behalf of tenants in Wales as ambassadors for the Tenant Pulse (TP) platform. They will help us decide on topics for surveys and act as a critical friend to help make sure Tenant Pulse asks the right questions to tenants in Wales.

This may be by reviewing Tenant Pulse questions and providing feedback via online forms or meets, getting the first look at surveys before their launch.  TPAG members will be reimbursed for their time at the end of each financial year via incentives or other vouchers.

Why should you get involved?

Being a part of TPAG will help ensure that Tenant Pulse is truly a tenant-voice led platform, and in turn will help shape legislation in Wales.

You will also gain valuable skills and experience in research methods and training in research techniques. Each year, you will be able to choose a voucher as an additional token of our thanks.

What are we looking for?

There are 3 simple criteria for getting involved as a TPAG member:

  1. You are a tenant of a private or social landlord in Wales.
  2. You are over 18.
  3. You have around 30 mins of time available a month to feedback and have your say on the future of Tenant Pulse.

Please note: places are limited to 2 tenants per landlord, so we encourage getting in touch early.

Applications are open until 4pm on Friday 22nd March.
