This interactive training workshop is aimed at tenants and residents of housing associations who are interested in becoming a board member or tenants and staff who just want to know more about the role.
It aims to provide information and advice about the role, a housing association’s purpose and governance structures, the skills and conduct required as well as clarifying the role of tenants on Boards.
It will briefly explore:

Being on a board - skills, expectations, conduct, professional standards

Current challenges facing Housing Associations and boards in Wales
