TPAS Cymru’s NEW 2023 All Wales Energy Efficiency Survey needs to hear your voice. Fill out this 5-minute survey and share your opinion on energy efficient housing and how you’ve been impacted by the energy crisis

Are you a tenant renting in Wales?

TPAS Cymru is excited to launch it’s 2023 Tenant Pulse survey on Net Zero and energy efficiency in homes.

We’ve launched our 2023 All Wales Energy Efficiency survey, which explores tenant attitudes towards decarbonising housing in Wales. The energy crisis has caused many to change the way that they live in their homes and has forced Net Zero and decarbonisation to become a top priority in housing.

Many people have faced hardships since the start of the cost-of-living crisis in 2022, and we believe that the findings from this survey will enhance the urgency behind making homes more energy efficient, warm, and Net Zero.

TPAS Cymru needs your voice right now to make sure that you are represented in our report on tenants’ voices in Wales, and our future recommendations over the next year to stakeholders and Government officials.

If you are a tenant in Wales, make sure your voice is heard by filling out this 5-minute survey.

Tenant Pulse

Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide panel for tenants giving their views on the things that matter right to them. It was created 4 years ago by TPAS Cymru (under a programme of work supported by Welsh Government). It’s run quarterly on topical issues to help shape housing policy in Wales. It covers tenants of both social housing (Housing Associations and Council housing) plus private renters and those in supported housing.

If you are a tenant, why not join our Tenant Pulse panel and have your say?

TPAS Cymru would like to thank all of the tenants who dedicated their time to complete the surveys. We truly appreciate your time.

This survey closes on April 24th, 2023

The winners of the previous prize draw in November were:

  • Mrs McCarroll - Wrexham CBC Tenant
  • Mrs Carleton - Taff HA Tenant
  • Mrs Hart - Private Renter, Carmarthen
