David loves to be out and about with our members delivering a range of consultancy and training services as well as providing advice and practical support. You can also find him at various sector wide meetings representing TPAS Cymru and its membership. David Oversees work delivered from our North Wales office and leads on key areas of delivery including scrutiny, regulation and housing policy. He shares our vision that excellent tenant participation is key to building strong, mutually beneficial relationships where tenants and landlords work together to improve service and communities.
Before TPAS Cymru, David worked in the Housing Association sector and Local Government in various roles including housing management, homelessness and customer service. Being a qualified and experienced housing professional has proved to be of real benefit to our members as David brings a practical real world approach to his work. David is well known and highly respected in the housing world. He knows his stuff and you see that in the work he delivers with members.
