We’ve shaped the day around the topics that will matter……

We’ll focus discussions and networking on topical key themes designed to support your work, including:

• Behavioural insight and Nudge theory- How can it be used to increase engagement in tenant participation and your communications. Have you tried it? What works?
• Rent comms & consultation expectations: The new Welsh Government Rent Policy – what it might mean for your communications and tenant engagement. What are landlords doing already and what may you need to develop?
• Trust: We will examine how to build trust with tenants in your communications and engagement activities. What works, and what hinders progress?
• Incentives for comms and engagement – Do they work? What does works and who’s doing what?

We’ll be at the iconic Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells, where we’ll have the large Garden Suite for our exclusive use. As it is an in-person event, we’ve kept spaces limited to keep the atmosphere relaxed and open, with cabaret layout – most places are usually filled early, so reserving your place now is the easiest way to make sure you don’t miss out.

Non-members - £149 + VAT

• Written confirmation by email is required for all cancellations.  Bookings cancelled before the date of 12^th September will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after this date.
• Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date of 12^th September
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected].If substitute changes are made after the cancellation date, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any specific needs, e.g. dietary. Do contact us beforehand to check.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.

• We aim to make sure that the courses and events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel the course or event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled course or event we will transfer your booking to a rescheduled date or give you a full refund if this option is not possible.  We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
