Helen works to ensure that effective participation is developed and operated between landlords, their tenants and residents through providing bilingual training, consultancy and general advice.

I worked for several years in Industry as a Buyer and Material Controller, before moving into voluntary counselling and Advice work. I was a Welfare Benefits officer with the CAB for 10 years before moving into Housing, working with rural communities as a Housing Enabler and then joining TPAS Cymru in 2007.
