Nigel is a Merthyr Valleys Homes tenant and has spent the past ten years serving on its Democratic Body, gaining extensive experience across governance, audit, policy, equality and diversity, procurement, recruitment and tenant engagement. His lived experience of social housing has shaped his strong belief that tenants and communities should have meaningful opportunities to influence the decisions that affect them. Nigel is passionate about authentic and accessible engagement, ensuring diverse voices are heard and helping organisations turn tenant insight into positive change. He is committed to public service and looks forward to contributing his experience and perspective to TPAS Cymru and its work across Wales.
