Olivia works with tenants and landlords across Wales to improve tenant engagement and break down barriers within the social housing sector. She is committed to helping individuals better understand the policies that affect their homes and communities.

Holding a Master’s degree in Social and Public Policy, Olivia brings both academic insight and practical experience to her work. She has previously worked with Age Cymru and has supported children and young people with additional learning needs. Driven by a strong sense of social justice, she is passionate about creating more inclusive and accessible housing services for all.
