White LineBill is the Chair of TPAS Cymru. He's a tenant of Cartrefi Conwy and a Group Board Member, also Chairing the Tenant Services Board. Committed to excellence in Customer Service & Quality and believes the Tenant Voice is paramount.

White LineEmma is an active POBL tenant living in Swansea and the chair of the Customer Service Committee. She's keen to ensure the tenant's voice is 
represented and heard within the organisation. Currently studying a degree in Housing Studies to further increase her understanding and housing knowledge.

 experience of working in all aspects of social housing in Wales and England. He has worked in both Local Authority and Housing Association settings starting off as a housing officer and rising to a senior level.  He has been part of two newly formed large stock transfer organisations in England.

She is passionate about the rights of all tenants, private, council and association; believing that all tenants should have equal and fair protection, while also considering landlords and current legislation.

White LineFarida started her career in Welsh housing 15 years ago with a Housing Association initially leading Tenant Engagement & Participation work before leading the development of the Money Advice Service and Employment & Skills Service. This award-winning work featured in CIH’s Good Practice and in the first Welsh Housing Anti-Poverty summit.

Liz is the Head of Social Housing at Acuity Law. Liz has over 15 years’ experience working in the legal sector, most of which have been spent dealing with social housing.

White LineMartin has worked in the housing sector for over 10 years. Having begun his housing career in Bristol with other RSL’s, he moved to Cadwyn Housing Association 7 years ago. Martin is the Head of Property and Maintenance Services, in which he works as part of the Leadership Team.
