Most social landlords in Wales are members of TPAS Cymru and as such they and their staff benefit from the advice, guidance and resources TPAS Cymru can provide.

  • Access to the exclusive content, advance release of reports and access to restricted area of the TPAS Cymru website
  • Peer support email support service, putting you in touch with the knowledge and experience of other members across Wales
  • Officers’ network: regular networking and briefing sessions for your staff. These events are themed and target different stage per event like Participation Officers, Community Engagement, change teams, communications etc
  • Free review service for tenant communications / literature prior to publishing (max 5 per year)
  • One-off Welsh translation service for tenant/resident/community communication (max 2 hours)
  • Free publications: newsletters, reports and good practice guides
  • Free induction session for new tenant/community involvement staff
  • Voting rights, enabling you to have a say in the election for TPAS Cymru Management Board

TPAS Cymru offers a membership package specifically designed for these organisations, drawing on our long experience of fostering and supporting tenant participation.

It is open to local community based and commercial organisations, non-profit making organisations and individuals.
