Good Practice Award Winners 2026: Discover more about the inspirational work and achievements across Wales  

We were overwhelmed with all the inspiring and brilliant submissions we received for our Good Practice Awards 2026 and wanted to share the amazing work of the winners with you. 

This year, we were thrilled to be in Cardiff once again with tenants, staff and professionals from across Wales to celebrate and share some of this good practice and to support and inspire others.   

Our 2026 winners and nominees were announced at our Gala Dinner and Evening Awards Ceremony at the Marriott Hotel, Cardiff on the 17^th June 2026. 

The categories for 2026 were: 

1. Tenants Influencing Decision Making 
2. Engaging Tenants in Environmental Initiatives / Projects  
3. Involving Tenants in Designing or Reviewing Services
4. Communities Supporting Communities
5. Communicating with Tenants & Residents 
6. Resident Support/Advice Programme  
7. Tenant of the Year 
8. NEW Resident Engagement in Safe & Healthy Homes
9. NEW Tenant Focused Contractor

Two Special Recognition Awards were also given – one for a landlord and one for tenants.
