Our latest Pulse report on Adequate Housing & Fair Rents: Insight from private renters in Wales.
Our latest Tenant Pulse is focused on the views of private renters across Wales on their views surrounding affordable housing and the price of fair rents.
The reality of the housing crisis has never been more apparent with the rise of rents and the freezing of the Local Housing Allowance (LHA). We are pleased to be able to publish our report to the public with our insights.
This Pulse was completed in collaboration with Single Parents Wellbeing.
Our Tenant Pulse reports offer insight into the thoughts and perceptions of tenants across Wales and this report reflects that. Our latest survey for private tenants on adequate housing and fair rents reflects the voices of tenants in every Local Authority in Wales and from a wide range of backgrounds.
We believe the findings and recommendations offer valuable insight into the challenges tenants are experiencing right now, and how tenants feel about their homes and rent at this crucial time.

Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide panel for tenants giving their views on the things that matter right to them. It was created 4 years ago by TPAS Cymru (under a programme of work supported by Welsh Government). It’s run quarterly on topical issues to help shape housing policy in Wales. It covers tenants of both social housing (Housing Associations and Council housing) plus private renters and those in supported housing.
If you are a tenant, why not join our Tenant Pulse panel and have your say?
Congratulations to the winners of the prize draw for this Pulse. The winners are:
