Who is Integrated Solutions by City Plumbing? 

‘We’ve a specialist team within our City Plumbing business called Integrated Solutions by City Plumbing. We work in partnership with social housing providers across Wales and the rest of the UK, supplying plumbing, heating, spares, electrical and renewable technology materials for the repair and maintenance of tenants homes.

Our focus is to deliver material supply chain solutions to improve first time fix, which inturn improves jobs completed per day, reducing repeat visits and disruption to tenant’s daily lives. Our focus on quality, sustainability and the product lifecycle means tenants are receiving high quality, long-lasting materials into their homes.

The landscape in the sector is changing and we understand the challenges being faced in terms of the road to net zero. This existing knowledge and understanding is what attracted us to join TPAS Cymru’s NetZero membership. We know it's a bit of a minefield out there but we hope to use our knowledge to further support landlords, raise awareness and most importantly assist with advice and training for tenants who are being faced with this new technology in their homes.

Our Energy Efficiency team hosts a wealth of knowledge and experience expanding 150 years. Through this team we can provide landlords and tenants with support and information surrounding renewable technologies from ground and air source heat pumps, to solar PV and solar thermal. And with members of our team endorsed by the Energy Savings Trust to deliver best practice energy efficiency advice, you can be confident you’re receiving sound advice and guidance.’
