The Good Practice Awards winners 2022!

Find out more about their incredible work and achievements.

What a night! After 2 years away, on the 6th July, Staff and Tenants were able to join together at a very special Awards ceremony at the Jurys Inn, Cardiff to celebrate some of the inspirational best practice in Welsh housing.

Now that the winners have been announced we are busy pulling together our Awards Good Practice Report to share learning and ideas - as these awards aren’t just celebratory, they are also about sharing best practice and inspiring others. In the meantime here is some insight into the Awards and details of all the fantastic finalists and winners.

For our 2022 event, we created 8  Good Practice Award categories:

  1. Communities Supporting Communities Award
  2. Tenant of the Year Award
  3. Involving Tenants in Shaping Communities Award
  4. Communicating with Tenants and Residents Award
  5. Supporting the Wellbeing of Tenants and Residents Award
  6. Resident Support/Advice Programme Award
  7. Excellence in Digital Inclusion Award
  8. Involving Tenants in Environmental Initiatives

There was also a Judge’s Special Recognition Award presented on the night.
