What housing association and council tenants think about their homes
Today, the Welsh Government has published the latest data on tenant satisfaction in Wales.
Today’s survey publication includes the 12 standard questions which all landlords in Wales must have asked their tenants, within the last 2 years. This is based on a standard methodology but includes a range of data collection methods.
This data is provided by landlords and then published by Welsh Government. This allows stakeholders, tenants, and the public to discuss this information with landlords and compare it with past reports. When looking at this publication, it is important to remember different factors such as the number of homes a landlord has and the age and location of the homes they manage.
