Digital Engagement – Local Authority Staff

Digital communications, engagement and interaction is growing and so it’s time to get together and talk about where we are going in Welsh local authorities.

In this online network event, we want to focus on digital communications and engagement.

We want between us to discuss social media:  how are you getting on with it?; what's working?;  what barriers you have internally and externally?   Let’s share your experiences and plans between fellow local authority staff.

We also want also want to talk about tenant engagement platforms and TPAS Cymru will bring updates and development examples from England and Scotland to inspire you.

This is a free network event for local authority staff (who are TPAS Cymru members; that’s all of you in Wales!).    It will be held using MS Teams instead of our preferred Zoom to include as many LA staff as possible.
