Digital Services Transformation – Roundtable session for Staff

As social landlords continue to look to offer and move housing services online, what online services and platforms are working well? What hasn’t worked? And what services do tenants want to access online?

Getting your digital/online services right is essential to ensure your services are inclusive, user friendly, effective and secure. Join us for our first ever Digital Services Transformation Roundtable session to focus on a topic which is more important than ever.

This online session will enable staff from social landlords to share practice and learn from others. During this event we will focus on some key themes, including:

What online services are popular with tenants?
What platforms are working well?
How are landlords managing the risks associated with providing services online and through AI?
How are landlords involving tenants in shaping and designing digital services?
Where landlords will be focusing their online / digital services developments in the future

There will be opportunities to share approaches and practice with other delegates present and ask questions. This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.

Who’s the session for? – this Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as: customer services, IT, tenant engagement, housing management, complaints and service improvement.
