Be part of our Disrepair Roundtable session for  staff , which will have a focus on damp & mould.

With the impact of disrepair/damp & mould in tenants homes continuing to be a real concern, join us for this essential Roundtable session to explore how housing departments can best support and engage with tenants.

The session will enable attendees to share practise and learn from others.

During this event we will focus on some key themes:

• How are organisations responding to disrepair/damp & mould related reports and complaints from tenants.
• Triaging your response – what is working?
• Prevention – how is your organisation being proactive in preventing disrepair/ damp & mould in tenant’s homes

This is a Roundtable forum to enable you to share thoughts and ideas, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.
