During this short and informal session TPAS Cymru will share and explore practical ways organisations can involve tenants at various levels of staff recruitment and training.
The session will help you identify fresh ways to strengthen your recruitment and training processes and expand and diversify your tenant engagement offer.
We’ll also be joined by Sioned Hughes from Altair will share some thoughts and ideas around involving tenants in Executive Team staff recruitment
