What you need to know about WHQS 2023
WHQS 2023 is due to launch in October/ November. As with the first initiation of the standard, it will apply to all social landlords, inclusive of stock retaining Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords.
The Welsh Government recognised several flaws in the initial standard, such as the lack of tenant engagement in its monitoring and the lack of tenant awareness of the standard itself.
