Join housing professionals from across the sector for an engaging in-person forum focused on the implementation of the new WHQS Hazards Response Rule and the lessons learned during the first six months.
This facilitated session offers a valuable opportunity to exchange practical experiences, discuss emerging challenges, and problem solve approaches with peers from across the sector.

Designed as an interactive and collaborative forum, this session will give delegates the opportunity to network, share ideas, ask questions, and learn from real-life experiences across the sector
Who’s the session for?
This Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as asset management, repairs, compliance, building safety, customer service and service improvement.
What to know:

This is not a formal training session, it is a facilitated workshop forum designed to share learning, and to explore solutions with colleagues from across the sector.

This Forum will focus primarily on the provision of services to Tenants rather than technical detail

The session starts prompt at 10am – there will be plenty of tea/coffee and breakfast pastries available from 9:45am

As the session will finish by 1pm lunch is not provided – but there’s a great café in the Unite building you can use

The venue is just a 14-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station, or the nearest car park is at Sophia Gardens (pay & display)

To ensure balanced participation and meaningful discussion, initially, attendance is limited to up to four staff members per organisation.

Written confirmation by email is required for all cancellations. Bookings cancelled before noon on the 2nd October will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after this date.

Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]. If substitute changes are made after the cancellation date, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any specific needs, e.g. dietary. Do contact us beforehand to check.
