Homes and Communities North Wales – ½ day Conference 2026

9.30am (for 10 am start) – 1pm

We’re excited to announce that our popular Homes and Communities - North Wales half-day conference will be held again this year at Venue Cymru on Wednesday, 11^th March.

This free of charge informal and informative event is for staff and tenants and is exclusively for our TPAS Cymru regional members.

It will be another fantastic opportunity to hear from a range of thought provoking and informative speakers about what’s happening in housing and, the communities of north Wales. It will also give you an opportunity to network with other attendees from social landlords across the region.

• This is a free event exclusively for North Wales TPAS Cymru member organisations.
• To ensure there are places for all our members, numbers for this event will be limited and we are initially, allowing 6 places in total (staff & tenants) from each Landlord member to book places.  These places will be on a first come, first serve basis: if we have any spare spaces nearer the date of the event we will re-advertise them. 
• Lunch will not be provided at this half day conference – but there will be plenty of tea/coffee, snacks and fruit.
• Please ask for permission from your Landlord organisation if you’re wanting to claim travel expenses to attend this event.

This proactive and innovative programme is all about engaging tenants and housing professionals to destigmatise and prevent suicide risk, together.

Discover the many ways Tenants of Ynys Môn County Council can have their say and get involved in housing services and helping to makes homes and communities better places to live. To engage tenants across both rural and urban areas we’ll also hear how the introduction of the tenant engagement bus has helped reach tenants and residents from all backgrounds and communities.
