During our Net Zero Tenant Pulse survey, we asked respondents if they’d want to be a part of a focus groups. We offered three focus group options:
1. Tenants who have had Net Zero work done to their home – 39 tenants
2. Tenants who have a strong interest in low carbon housing solutions – 40 tenants
3. Tenants who want to feedback and give opinions on landlord communication with tenants on Net Zero – 43 tenants.
For this first group, we will be discussing how tenants can give feedback and opinions on landlord communication with tenants on Net Zero.
Our aim is to chat about how your landlord has been communicating with you so far, if at all, and what you want to see in the future. Communication is key in making Net Zero successful in Wales, and this group is a chance for you to share what you want from your landlord in Net Zero communication, and come up with solutions on how TPAS Cymru can help.
Note: You do not need to have filled out our Net Zero survey to participate in this group. It is open to all tenants.
