A big change has happened in Welsh Social Housing around how social landlords must now respond to reports of hazards in homes, such as damp & mould.

Come along to this essential online session to hear directly from Welsh Government officials about what this new rule is and what it means for Tenants.

Find out how this new rule will make it essential that all social landlords act within specific timescales when issues of damp and mould, as well as other hazards, are reported to them. This means having systems in place to respond quickly, keep tenants informed, and treat their concerns with empathy and respect, not just as technical problems.
