Staff network – Renting Homes Communications

Be part of this update Network with colleagues from across Wales to share practice on implementing the Act, with a focus on communications , including the ongoing  issuing of occupation contracts and the accessibility of contracts 

The Renting Homes Act came into force on 1^st December 2022: how’s it going?  This network will give you a chance to ask questions and/or share your experiences about your Renting Homes since its implementation.   What are the issues?  What are you doing?  What have you done in relation to communication?

As always, this will be an informal and interactive network where you can ‘set the agenda’ and meet colleagues from other Local Authorities across Wales.   Join us for this free of charge and exclusively for TPAS Cymru members network.

The online network session is for Staff from Local Authorities and Housing Associations involved in implementing and communicating Renting Homes - it is exclusively for TPAS Cymru members.
