Why ‘customer effort’ is one of the strongest predictors of future satisfaction, including how reducing effort through clearer communication, more predictable services and small operational improvements can often deliver faster results than large-scale transformation programmes

Collecting feedback in ways that generate genuine insight rather than just another score and why closing the feedback loop through consistent service recovery is so important (and how to do it).
