Over the past year, we’ve heard growing concerns about tenant vulnerability and loan sharks. So, we’re acting with you as tenants. Join our special Tenant Voice Cymru Network event with Stop Loan Sharks Wales to learn how to spot the signs, understand the risks, and protect yourself and your community. Together.

“Not always violent, loan sharks can seem friendly and helpful. They can be a small lender taking advantage of friends or family, a rogue landlord,  an employer, a work colleague, we’ve even come across a loan shark operating within a church group!

Since 2008, we’ve supported hundreds of people who have suffered as a result of illegal lending and written off millions of pounds in debt for those who have been targeted.
