Our February Tenants’ Network will be focusing on two specific questions relating to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023.
We won’t be looking at the technical aspect of the WHQS standards at this network but, we will give you an opportunity to give us your views/an update about two areas:

What’s happening in relation to WHQS with your Landlord? What has your landlord already told you about their plans for WHQS 2023? How have they communicated with you about it? What do you know about their time-table/work plans? etc.

How do you think tenants should be involved in monitoring WHQS 2023 in the future? Does your landlord have any plans already? How did you monitor WHQS 1??
