September’s network will be looking at any plans you/your landlord has to raise awareness about the big issues tenants should be involved in. We’ll be focusing on two issues in particular: Rent and service charge setting and Complaints policy and procedure.

If you’re a tenant, this informal and interactive network is a brilliant opportunity for you to meet other tenants from across Wales; hear about what’s happening with other landlords; and (if you want to!) share good practice.
