Anti-social behaviour remains one of the biggest issues facing tenants and communities in Wales. TPAS Cymru’s sold-out National ASB Good Practice Summit is back for 2025 to bring the people together from across housing and beyond to share ideas, experiences and practical solutions.

This online event is all about learning from each other. We will hear the latest news, case studies and explore what is working in Wales and across the UK. Together, we will look at what action can be taken to reduce ASB in Wales and make tenants and communities feel safer, happier and more sustainable.

Tenants have repeatedly told us how important this is to their community. Our 2024 All Wales Tenant Pulse survey showed that concern about ASB is still growing.

The Housing App (thehousingapp.com) is a powerful digital tool designed to streamline housing inspections and improve the identification and management of property hazards. Used by officers, the app enables room-by-room data collection of findings and defects, with the option to record and score HHSRS hazards directly within the inspection process. Tenants can also report issues and upload images straight to inspectors, improving communication and speeding up response times. Leveraging AI, The Housing App can automatically generate image descriptions to help identify potential hazards from submitted photos. A new feature launching this summer will take the app even further, using AI to automatically produce a detailed Schedule of Works based on captured data. This innovation will save officers hours of manual reporting and ensure that repair actions are clearly prioritised. The Housing App is built to support efficiency, accuracy, and better outcomes for both housing providers and tenants.
