Turning insight into action on ASB
📅 Wednesday 26 November, 10:00am – 12:30pm, Zoom
Anti-social behaviour remains one of the biggest issues facing tenants and communities in Wales. TPAS Cymru’s sold-out National ASB Good Practice Summit is back for 2025 to bring the people together from across housing and beyond to share ideas, experiences and practical solutions.
This online event is all about learning from each other. We will hear the latest news, case studies and explore what is working in Wales and across the UK. Together, we will look at what action can be taken to reduce ASB in Wales and make tenants and communities feel safer, happier and more sustainable.
Tenants have repeatedly told us how important this is to their community. Our 2024 All Wales Tenant Pulse survey showed that concern about ASB is still growing.
So, how can we tackle ASB in our communities together? What’s next for the sector and the nation?

The Noise App (thenoiseapp.com) has transformed noise management for Housing Associations and Local Authorities. The technology used in The Noise App, has emerged as a game-changing solution for addressing noise complaints. The app empowers residents to record noise disturbances and send the data back to the investigating teams. The Noise App's ability to streamline noise management, combined with its versatility and robust evidence collection, makes it indispensable for both initial assessments and legal proceedings. Recent features to The Noise App include an AI safeguarding tool to alert officers of high-priority cases. We are currently developing sound classifying AI to automatically detect noise nuisance within complaints.
