Just in time for the implementation of the new Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS2023), TPAS Cymru have developed a five-part online programme of comprehensive training sessions, designed to unpack WHQS2023 into digestible information to equip housing professionals, tenants and board members with the essential knowledge and skills to get WHQS right and enhance tenant satisfaction. Join us in a series of engaging sessions covering various aspects of the new standard. Each session is 1hr and 15 minutes long.

We will delve into the technical standards surrounding key subjects like damp, mould, noise, and habitability in an easy-to-understand manner.
