Meet Our New Board Members!

We are delighted to announce that the following are joining the board of TPAS Cymru, the leading tenant engagement experts and tenant voice in Wales since 1988. They represent a diverse range of voices from across Wales.

Donna is an experienced housing professional with over 25 years of expertise in delivering customer-focused housing services and supporting thriving communities. Donna is currently a Community Housing Team Leader at Tai Tarian, leading a team managing complex housing cases, tenant support, and service improvement initiatives. Donna is passionate about helping people sustain their tenancies and works collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. With extensive experience in housing management, strategic planning, project delivery, service transformation, and staff development, Donna is recognised for her passion. Working towards supporting people, her team and communities, Donna was a finalist for the UK Housing Inspirational Woman of the Year Award in 2023.

Nigel is a MVH tenant and has spent the past ten years serving on its Democratic Body, gaining extensive experience across governance, audit, policy, equality and diversity, procurement, recruitment and tenant engagement. His lived experience of social housing has shaped his strong belief that tenants and communities should have meaningful opportunities to influence the decisions that affect them. Nigel is passionate about authentic and accessible engagement, ensuring diverse voices are heard and helping organisations turn tenant insight into positive change. He is committed to public service and looks forward to contributing his experience and perspective to TPAS Cymru and its work across Wales.

Adam is a senior NHS analyst with extensive expertise in medical statistics, health services research, and operational performance. He specialises in advanced statistical modelling, using predictive and analytical techniques to identify drivers of outcomes, quantify risk, and support evidence-based decision-making. Adam will play a key role in helping the Board better understand and address inequalities within underrepresented communities, providing robust analysis to identify effective interventions and measure their impact. His expertise will support the development of data-driven strategies that deliver meaningful and lasting improvements in population health outcomes. Adam joins us via The Pathway to Board scheme designed to support ethnically diverse professionals to secure and succeed in board-level leadership roles.

An Associate lawyer at Capital Law with over 8 years’ experience in property and housing, Vikki leads the social housing sector within Capital’s Real Estate team. With a strong understanding on the legal and commercial issues facing housing providers, Vikki brings valuable experience and insight to the role. Vikki is passionate about housing and committed to supporting its continued development and success.

Ruth is a Grŵp Cynefin tenant and a passionate advocate for tenant engagement, serving on the tenant participation committee and ensuring residents' voices are heard. She is committed to championing the interests of others, asking important questions and constructively challenging organisations on behalf of the communities they serve. Professionally, Ruth works for Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities as a Health Check Champion, promoting access to health checks for adults across North Wales. Drawing on both her professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent person, Ruth is a strong advocate for disability rights and has contributed to a range of national forums and advisory groups. She brings valuable insight, diverse perspectives, and a deep commitment to inclusion and community representation to the Board.

Nerys Price-Jones is People and Culture Director at Grŵp Cynefin, where they lead a broad people-focused directorate including tenant engagement, community initiatives, and equality, diversity and inclusion. Passionate about ensuring tenants and communities have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect them, Nerys brings extensive experience in executive HR, governance, charity trusteeship and school governance. Values-driven and people-focused, Nerys is committed to fairness, inclusion and positive community impact. Outside work, Nerys enjoys spending time with family, travelling, taking on long hikes and supporting fundraising activities for causes close to their heart.
