Concerned you don’t meet all the criteria?  Apply anyway!!

Too often, people don’t apply for a position like this, because they feel they don’t meet every part of the job description. We are not tick-box people; there is no AI screening; we will read each application. We want to know what you can offer, not what you don’t have, and your application should reflect that. If you have the right attitude and skills, we offer training and development opportunities to develop into the role.
