Thursday 11th September 2025, 1pm – 2pm
Join us for this free online event to hear directly what tenants across Wales are saying about rent, service charges and affordability.
Each year, we ask tenants questions about their experience with rent, service charges and affordability. We then share these results with the housing sector, decision-makers and Welsh Government – including the Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government.
2025 marks the 4th year of the Rent Pulse survey, and it couldn’t come at a more crucial time. This year’s results sit alongside the Welsh Government’s consultation on a new rent and service charge standard for Wales. With a new rent policy on the horizon, tenant voices have never been more important.
Our latest findings reveal not only what matters most to tenants, but also some unexpected shifts in thinking that will shape the future of housing policy in Wales.
This free session is suitable for anyone who has an interest in housing in Wales. However, it is set to be particularly interesting to tenants, social landlords, and those looking to understand tenants' challenges and expectations.
