Landlords are rightly under more regulatory scrutiny regarding how they deal with damp & mould in tenants' home. David Wilton, CEO of TPAS Cymru will update on the position in Wales. David has looked at tenant communication by landlords and will share ‘real-life’ examples and will be asking you for your opinions/thoughts about some of the information landlords currently provide for their tenants.
