Come and hear from Matthew Dicks, National Director of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Cymru, as he takes us through the most important housing policy shifts underway — what they mean for you as a tenant and how to make sense of them. In this relaxed yet informative session, Matthew will break down changes around rent, safety, rights and housing standards, in clear, practical language. All tenants are welcome, whether you’re new to these issues or already following policy closely. The session will conclude with a Q&A so you can raise your questions directly.
