A Stakeholder review of the Regulatory Framework for housing associations in Wales

Earlier this year the Regulatory Board for Wales commissioned David Hedges of Cyngor Da to undertake a review of the Regulatory Framework for Housing Associations registered in Wales. The findings of that review can now publicly available and can be accessed by clicking on the link, here.

As you will see, tenants played an important part in the review accounting for the largest “stakeholder type” that completed the survey. TPAS Cymru looks forward to working with tenants, social landlords and the Regulatory Board for Wales over the coming months to see what lessons can be drawn from this review.
