To support our member organisations and tenants, TPAS Cymru has been testing the use of themed Padlets to improve shared learning and better tenant engagement
Padlets are best described as an easy accessible digital library with examples of flyers, documents, videos based on a particular theme etc.
Our Padlets are exclusively for our members so do take a look……
1. WHQS Tenant engagement: In January, to support the sector, we created a WHQS Tenant engagement Padlet with examples of video, magazine articles etc. It’s been frequently updated

2. Tenant engagement basics
This Padlet is designed to have all the engagement basics you need e.g. tenant groups, model constitutions, code of conducts.
Tip: Check out the 'Menu of Involvement' guides that are popular in England, North and Republic of Ireland, but less so in Wales. Would your Tenant participation benefit from having one? You might want to 'borrowing' one of the first 3 examples. 😉😉
