Are you a tenant renting in Wales?
TPAS Cymru is pleased to launch the 2026 Tenant Pulse Survey our sixth Wales-wide survey capturing tenants’ experiences of affordable warmth, energy efficiency, and the journey toward Net Zero housing.
The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and gives you the opportunity to share your experiences and help shape the future of housing in Wales.
Affordable warmth starts with you.
Your home, your energy bills, and your comfort matter. By sharing your experiences, you can help shape warmer, more affordable homes for tenants across Wales.
The Tenant Pulse survey provides vital insight into what tenants are experiencing on the ground. We share these findings with Welsh Government, housing providers, and policymakers to help inform decisions and support meaningful change across the housing sector.
If you are a tenant living in Wales, make sure your voice is heard by completing the survey here:
Your data matters to us
We take data protection seriously. All Tenant Pulse responses are handled securely, and your personal information will never be shared with third parties.

What is Tenant Pulse?
Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide tenant panel, created by TPAS Cymru and supported by the Welsh Government. For the past five years, Tenant Pulse has enabled tenants to share their views on the issues that matter most - helping to shape housing policy and practice across Wales.
Whether you live in social housing (housing association or council housing), private rented accommodation, or supported housing, Tenant Pulse ensures your voice is heard.
TPAS Cymru would like to thank all tenants who take the time to complete the survey.
Your experiences matter, and your voice helps shape better homes for Wales.
