TPAS Cymru have launched our second Annual National Tenant Survey, seeking your tenant view on your home, community and the issues that really matter to you. 

Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide panel for renters. It was created 4 years ago by TPAS Cymru and we run surveys on topical issues to help shape and influience housing policy in Wales. It covers all tenants inc Social Housing (Housing Associations & Council housing) plus private renters and those in supported housing. 

We need your voice right now, to make sure that you are heard. We use the reports to seek change in housing.
Last year the report had a big impact on with senior decsion makers and media focused on Damp & mould and Energy Effeciency
