Ensuring homes are safe and secure is essential to keeping tenants safe and feeling safe.  Join this exclusive opportunity to explore the issues and opportunities to keep homes and tenants safe.

Ensuring homes are safe and secure is essential to keeping tenants safe and feeling safe.  The Welsh Government Whitepaper Safer Buildings in Wales sets out proposed changes that will contribute to building safety in Wales. As well as changes in building safety legislation the social housing sector will need to adopt new practises, including engaging with tenants on H&S, and to develop the right organisational culture that will work to keep homes and tenants in Wales safe.

This is an exclusive opportunity to explore the issues, opportunities and innovation needed to enhance landlord health & safety and keep homes and tenants safe.  You will hear from a range of fantastic guest speakers, who will provide policy updates and share up to date good practise. You will gain invaluable insights into one of the key changes facing social housing in Wales.
