TPAS Cymru has recently been approached by the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee of the National Assembly with an invitation for private sector tenants to take part in the discussion around the Renting Homes Act, which will totally change the way we rent homes in Wales. This is a rare opportunity for tenants to meet with Welsh Assembly officials to discuss the new laws, and to give your opinions on whether they will make renting more secure for tenants. Your opinions can make a difference.

We are holding two events- One in Cardiff in the South, and one in Colwyn Bay in the North.

The event will be facilitated by Welsh Assembly staff, and a document is attached to this email setting out what will be discussed during the session. The Welsh Assembly have also confirmed that they will be able to pay travel expenses for all who attend.

Places are limited, so please register your interest as soon as possible using the registration form in the link below. After you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your place.
