We are recruiting members for the TPAS Cymru Board

TPAS Cymru is looking to recruit up to four people to join our Board who can help shape the future of tenant engagement in Wales and assist TPAS Cymru to deliver positive objectives and ensure we are well managed

For over 35 years, TPAS Cymru has been championing great tenant participation and the importance of the tenant voice in delivering housing services and wider community development. We are appointed and part funded by Welsh Government and are supported by every Housing Associations and social home owning Local Authority in Wales.

TPAS Cymru is looking to recruit up to four people to join our Board who can help shape the future of tenant engagement in Wales and assist TPAS Cymru to deliver positive objectives and ensure we are well managed.

Being a Board member requires commitment and motivation but can be hugely rewarding and a great way to develop personally.

Board members need to have a strong belief in the value of tenant voice and the benefits of collaboration and coproduction in designing tenant services.

We welcome applications from people with both professional and 'lived experience' skills and there is no requirement to be part of the Housing Sector as we value wider knowledge in order to help ensure we continue to develop new ways of working and delivering positive outcomes.

We value diversity and want to ensure we have pan-Wales representation
