As decarbonisation is all about changes to tenants’ homes and behaviours, tenants should be engaged in the ORP/ retrofitting process from the start.  Tenants are increasingly concerned about what retrofitting entails, what impact this will have on their homes and lifestyles and who’s paying for it all!

Using insight from tenants and lessons learned from previous ORP projects, we’ll share what social landlords will need to get right to effectively engage, inform, protect and support tenants to be part these changes.
