Hazards ‘Rule’ Roundtable - for Local Authority Housing Staff

Thursday, 22^nd January 2026: 11am – 12noon

Following Welsh Government’s announcement of the new Hazards Response Rule, which can be found here,  TPAS Cymru is hosting a short online Roundtable session exclusively for staff from our Local Authority Housing member organisations.

This free session is an opportunity for LAs to share initial thoughts and plans regarding implementing the new Rule.  It will also enable you to network, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

• How is your organisation preparing for the introduction of a proposed new ‘Rule’?
• Is your organisation already meeting some of the new requirements?
• What might be some of the ‘pinchpoints’ for LAs in implementing the new Rule?

Be part of this Roundtable session to talk openly with peers to share practice and learn from others, and to explore what will make a real difference to tenants.

This is a Free online session exclusively for staff from Local Authority Housing TPAS Cymru member organisations.
